Our History

Since 1957, Ted Collins Tree & Landscape has proudly provided tree and landscape solutions to Rochester and the surrounding areas. We work year round: landscape and hardscape design, tree, lawn, plant care, Garden Store, and winter services. We have come along way from our humble beginnings in Charlotte and along the Erie Canal in Pittsford. Over our 60 plus years, our tireless work ethic and horticultural knowledge has made us one of the most well-known and trusted tree and landscape companies in the Rochester area.

As the business has grown over the decades, our tradition of dedicated work and science based landscape solutions has stayed the same. Just as we did 60 years ago, we treat each landscape as a work of art, with installations produced by some of the most knowledgeable and qualified minds in New York State. Every design is created by a professional landscape designer, and installation is overseen by a trained horticulturalist. All lawn and plant care services are under the direction of certified professionals with decades of knowledge and experience in the field.
